Harp Course
Northern Harps are running a four day clarsach course in Esh village, near Durham, led by Wendy Stewart on the 8th-11th August 2009 (Saturday to Tuesday). This is the second year we have run this course, and we all had a great time in 2008.
Wendy is a performer, teacher and writer of some of the best harp music in Scotland today. She performs and teaches the clarsach internationally, as well as recording and publishing her compositions. More details about Wendy can be found at her website.
The course will take place in the beautiful village of Esh only 7 miles from the historic city of Durham.
The course will cost £150, which will include four days of teaching, lunches and refreshments.
We will also be running social events and a trip to Durham, so please bring family, friends and other instruments.
