Harp Course
Northern Harps are running a four day clarsach course near Esh village, Durham, led by Wendy Stewart on the 29th July-1st August 2012 (Sunday to Wednesday). This is the fifth year we have run this course, and we're pleased to be based at Hamsteels Hall again.
Wendy is a performer, teacher and writer of some of the best harp music in Scotland today. She performs and teaches the clarsach internationally, as well as recording and publishing her compositions. More details about Wendy can be found at her website.
The course will take place at Hamsteels Hall near the beautiful village of Esh only 6 miles from the historic city of Durham.
The course will cost £190, which will include four days of teaching, lunches and refreshments.
We will also be running social events and a trip to Durham, so please bring family, friends and other instruments.
